Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high level administrative support to the CEO of a global organization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Salary Range: $110,000-120,000

Location: Woodland, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, correspondence, travel, and task prioritization. Act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, manage confidential information, oversee budgets, and maintain document organization.
  • Support board and shareholder relations, strengthen key relationships, and facilitate effective communication.
  • Assist in data analysis, project coordination, process optimization, and KPI tracking.
  • Manage access to the CEO, represent the executive office, ensure compliance, support strategic initiatives, and assist in crisis management.
  • Collaborate with senior management, coordinate meetings and events, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of administrative experience, with 3+ years in senior-level executive support.
  • Strong business analysis, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools preferred.
  • High attention to detail, discretion, and ability to work independently.
  • Industry experience in seed, ornamentals, or produce is a plus.
